TableAndHome.com Corporate Accounts Policy

We Accept Purchase Orders from Municipalities, Government Agencies and Schools with adequate contact information.

1. Go through the online checkout process after selecting your items.
2. Your online receipt will be the Tableandhome.com order form you can submit to your purchasing department in order to generate your internal Purchase Order Number.
3. Print two copies, one for your purchasing department and one to include with your Purchase Order form that you will mail or fax to Tableandhome.com.
4. Fax the Tableandhome.com order form, your Purchase Order form to 973-247-9110  –OR—
5. Mail the Tableandhome.com order form and your Purchase Order form to the address below and you will be invoiced.
