Packages arriving without a return authorization number will be denied and returned to sender.
Return Eligibity & Amount
The amount that is eligible for refund depends on how soon you return your order and whether your order was shipped from TableAndHome.com or
Factory Direct. In all cases, shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for shipping your return back to TableAndHome.com. Additionally, if your order was shipped with free or discounted shipping, you will be assessed the full cost of your original shipment.
Refund amounts for items shipped from TableAndHome.com:
Returned within 30 days: 100% of merchandise refunded, no fees.
Returned between 31-90 days: 70% of merchandise refunded. 30% restock fee assessed.

Refund Amounts for Factory-Direct Items:
Returned within 30 days: You will be refunded 100% of your merchandise less a $7.50 factory fee + 15% restock fee for your return.
Returned between 31-90 days: You will be assessed a 30% restock fee plus a factory fee of $7.50

TableAndHome.com will gladly assist you in exchanging your item. Please Email us to get a return authorization number and check that the item you would like is available. Remember, exchanges are never subject to restock fees. Like returns, exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt and must be in new condition and in original packaging.
Returning A Gift
If you would like to return a gift that was given to you, TableAndHome.com has two options for you:
You may exchange your gift for another item -or-
You may ask for a gift card for future use

Instructions for returning & Processing Time
Please Email us to request a Return Authorization Number. Please allow up to 3 business days while we review your request and issue you a return authorization number, specific directions, and a return amount statement. Once your item has been received at the TableAndHome.com warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your item to be inspected, returned to stock, and issued a refund. To help you get your item where it needs to go quickly, TableAndHome.com offers UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3rd Day Air services to most US addresses. It is our guarantee to you that if you select any one of these services and your package arrives late, you will be refunded the full cost of your shipping (excludes situations in which an invalid address is given). Please note that UPS ground and USPS services are not time guaranteed.
Most in-stock items ship the same day or the next business day. This does not apply to special orders or orders shipped factory direct. The estimated shipping date for every item is listed on the product page underneath the "add to cart" button. When you check out, you will also be given estimated delivery dates both when you select your shipping option and again when you reach the order review page. Please be sure to pay careful attention to the estimated ship dates and estimated delivery dates if time is a factor.
TableAndHome.com ships via United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). TableAndHome.com is able to ship to most APO and PO Box locations using USPS. TableAndHome.com now offers International Shipping.
When you order, you will be given several shipping options. In most cases, you will have the option to chose expedited options such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Third Day Air at an additional cost. TableAndHome.com uses UPS and USPS rate tables to calculate your shipping cost depending on your destination address and the estimated size and weight of your package. Special handling charges may apply to large or difficult to pack orders.
If you would like to have a shipping quote prior to placing your order, please add the items you are interested in into your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. Once you have entered your shipping address, you will be given your shipping options & costs. At this point, you may decide to continue with your order or you may log out. Tracking Your Order

Important note: USPS offers a delivery confirmation service rather than a frequently updated tracking service. Returned Package Policy
Please be sure to carefully enter a valid shipping address.
If your package is refused, shipped to an invalid address, or you cannot arrange with UPS to take delivery of your package, your order will be processed as a return with all applicable restocking fees and shipping fees. If your package goes missing because you provided an incorrect shipping address, we will be unable to refund or replace your order.

TableAndHome.com now ships outside the US. To process payments via credit card outside the US, two options are available: 1. If you wish to return an item that was shipped to you factory direct, it is very important that you contact us for instructions and a return authorization number first. If you send a package back to a third party warehouse without obtaining a return authorization, your return may be permanently denied. All Factory direct shipments are subject to a $7.50 factory fee + a 15% restock fee added to each return.
