Made from brushed 18/10 stainless steel with a stay-cool handle, this espresso maker works well on gas, electric, ceramic, or induction-type burners. Just screw off the bottom part, put ground coffee into the strainer, add water to the bottom reservoir, and as the water turns to steam it is forced up through the grounds...pushing the espresso into the upper canister.
