About the Green Tree Snake
The green tree snake is found in tropical areas of northern and eastern Australia. It spends most of its time in the trees and is an excellent climber. This snake has no fangs and is not venomous, but it will puff itself up if threatened, to make it seem larger. It can also produce a foul odor if grabbed. Frogs and reptiles make up most of its diet.
