Wild Republic Tahoo™ Monkey Meet Tahoo™. His name, pronounced TAH-oo, means "lion" in Africa. No wonder. This little one loves to frighten people, bearing his teeth much like a lion. But he is so small, there really isn’t much reason for the other monkeys to be afraid. As they say in Ethiopia, "To those who do not know, a small garden is a forest."
Tahoo is a wolf's guenon. Guenons are small tree-dwelling monkeys with round heads, long legs, and long tails. The name "guenon" is a French word meaning "fright," referring to the fact that these small monkeys expose their teeth when angry. Guenons are known to live and play with other primate species for several days at a time. So in spite of their flashing of teeth, they are quite social.
Guenons live in the deep forests of Africa. | Manufacturer | Wild Republic | | Manufacturer's Part No. | 71985 | | Suggested Retail Price | 9.99 | | Our Price | 7.99 | | Size | 17" | | Category | Stuffed Animals | | Material | Plush | | | Ready to Order? | | List Price: | $9.99
