Great news for all bird enthusiasts! Wild Republic has entered into a partnership with the National Audubon Society to create a line of realistic looking plush beanbag birds. This partnership also includes The Cornell Lab of Ornithology, who has provided the authentic sounds for each bird to further add to the realism of these plush toys.

Each bird's lifelike design and impeccable detailing is the result of input from Audubon, where each bird is painstakingly examined for the maximum level of perfection in a five-inch plush toy. The authentic bird songs in the plush toy provided by Cornell represent hours, months, even years of in-the-field work conducted by expert recordists. This Canada Goose's call was recorded June 14, 1979 in Manatoba, Canada, and was a call given on breeding grounds.

Canada Geese are common throughout much of the United States and Canada. They are often seen in pairs or small goups on open water, fields, grasslands, even golf courses. Their call is a distinct honking noise.
