Shipping
Most in-stock items usually ship same or next business day. This does not apply to special orders, back orders or factory direct shipping orders. To determine the availability of the item(s) you are purchasing, please read the availability note on the product page underneath the Add to Cart button. You will also be given an estimated delivery date when you choose your shipping method at checkout. Make sure to double check estimated delivery and ship time if time is a factor. Undeliverable Packages
If your package cannot be delivered through no fault of Table & Home, your shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This means if the package is refused, shipped to an invalid address, or you cannot arrange with UPS to take delivery of your package, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and all applicable shipping fees. If your package goes missing because you provided an incorrect shipping address, we will be unable to refund you for the order.

TableAndHome.com moves very fast to offer the quickest shipping possible! If you need to change or cancel your order it is very important that you Email us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to meet your need, there is no guarantee that an order that has already entered our system can be changed or modified. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you have changed your mind about an order that cannot be canceled, you will need to process your order as a return. Please read our return policy below.
Please Note: Orders placed between 5pm-9am PST generally cannot be canceled. Orders placed on the weekend between 5pm Friday evening and 9am Monday morning also generally cannot be canceled.
Return Policy
TableAndHome.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item within 21 days for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable (items sold with free shipping will be assessed a shipping charge). All returns must be in new condition with original packing material. Merchandise in less than new condition can not be returned.
To return merchandise you first must Email us to obtain an RA
(return authorization) number.
*Please note that all sales are final for special orders. Special orders may not be canceled once TableAndHome has transmitted your order to the manufacturer.
